I host and organize Qoya classes and women's events/retreats throughout the year. If you're interested in learning more about my upcoming classes or events, please feel free to contact me directly, and I look forward to sharing more details with you.

I've been a professional dancer and instructor for over 15 years, but I didn't start training to become a professional dancer until I was an adult. I've loved music and dancing all my life, but when I was ready to retire from professional dancing, I didn't know what I was going to do. As my body started to slow down and started to feel the affects of intense dance for so many years, I was worried I wouldn't find another passion in life. Back in 2016 I began to dig deeper into healing and finding my souls purpose, and I call this chapter of my life, "Finding Peace." On my peace journey, I became a Reiki Master Energy Healer and that's when I took my first Qoya class. Qoya completely changed my life and helped me remember that I am a dancer of life! I completed my Qoya certification in 2021, and I'm so grateful for the practice and this amazing community, that helped me find me again! I am also a small business owner and specialize in Holistic Practice Management, which allows me to share the best of both worlds in wellness and embodied movement.

When did you take your first Qoya class? 2017/2018 with Sydney Zwicker in Denver, CO

What does it mean for you to teach Qoya? It means absolutely everything to teach Qoya! I feel so honored to share this practice because it truly is a gift, and has been such a beautiful blessing in my life and to have a place and a practice that allows us to reconnect, enjoy our bodies, build community and to remember who we truly are!

What is your favorite song to dance to right now?
It's Gonna Be a Lovely Day (The Secret Life of Pets2) lol :)
SUPERBLOOM (MisterWives)

What book has inspired you on the path to embodying the feminine?

Tiny Beautiful Things By Cheryl Strayed
The Desire Map Experience by Danielle LaPorte

What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time? All are welcome, no levels or previous experience needed. Qoya is a gentle and fun practice, based on simple idea that through movement we remember, we are wise, wild and free. It's a guided class, which offers you the opportunity to reconnect with you body and to remember what it feels like to feel good just for you, and there's no way you can do it wrong! How you know your doing it right, is it feels good just for you!
