business + lifestyle consultant for women entrepreneurs

I am a healer. lover. alchemist.

I am authenticity in action.
ease & elegance.
courage & compassion.

I believe that simplification clears the path for expansion.
clarity enables contribution.
release begets transformation.

I help women who want to do great work in the world get clear on what they have to contribute, how they want to feel while they do it, and to strip away all the nonessential distractions that are getting in their way.

It CAN be simple. i’ll show you how.

When did you take your first Qoya class? In December 2014 at Four Gates in Minneapolis.

What does it mean for you to teach Qoya? For me teaching Qoya means empowering women to connect with how they feel and how they want to feel. It’s about helping women to see what’s possible for them & witnessing the joy of their reconnection to self.

What is your favorite song to dance to right now? Higher Love by James Vincent McMorrow

What book has inspired you on the path to embodying the feminine? The Desire Map by Danielle LaPorte

What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time? Know that if you’re called to it, there’s a reason. Show up and trust that it’s exactly what you need right now, no matter where you are or what’s happening in your life. Follow the call.
