In addition to teaching Qoya, I also do herbalism and doula work. My passion is home visiting and teaching people how to use herbs in a way that can be sustainable for them since so many of us are disconnected from that knowledge. I am a mother, friend, daughter, and sister! I have a deep respect for Mother Nature and all the gifts around us. I like to hold space, facilitate, lie in a hammock, be on the shores of Lake Michigan, do tarot/oracle readings, build fires, and deepen my spirituality.

When did you take your first Qoya class? With Sarah Sadie on 1/11/2019 at Perennial Yoga in Madison, WI

What does it mean for you to teach Qoya? It means reconnecting with my body, shedding doubts & fears & self-consciousness, being with amazing people, doing what I came here to do, manifesting...

What is your favorite song to dance to right now? “She Thinks I Still Care” or “It's A Drag” by Eric Lindell

What book has inspired you on the path to embodying the feminine? Illuminata: A Return to Prayer by Marianne Williamson
Mirrors in the Earth by Asia Suler
Hawaiian Shamanistic Healing by Wayne Kealohi Powell & Patricia Lynn Miller

What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time? If you are interested in an inward journey that will help you work through something, or to move emotions through and out your body, or to be around other people who are also interested in this but may also be timid/unsure, come!
