I am from England originally and I have lived in San Francisco for over 26 years. I have had my own healing business for over 20 years. I am a tapping practitioner and intuitive reader. I teach tapping workshops, teleclasses and work with clients one on one via skype or phone all over the world or in person. I am still amazed by tapping after all these years and I am thrilled to now bring Qoya into my work.

When did you take your first Qoya class? I took my first one online over 2 years ago and then my first live class was with the amazing Sarah Bryanne.

What does it mean for you to teach Qoya? I LOVE teaching Qoya, when I first discovered Qoya I was found it profound and life changing so much so, I knew I had to bring this into my work, it is powerful and fun.

What is your favorite song to dance to right now? "Shake Your Groove Thing" by Peaches and Herb

What book has inspired you on the path to embodying the feminine? Qoya: A Compass for Navigating an Embodied Life that is Wise, Wild and Free by Rochelle Schieck :)

What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time? Do it, you will love it. It is a wonderful way to reconnect with your true essence and inner wisdom, it is such a healing dance, enjoy the journey!
