I left corporate life to follow my heart and intuition. Through my own life experience, I realized how passionate I am about helping people feel good in their bodies. By getting out of my head and into my body, I found freedom. I help others connect to their bodies and hearts so they can live naked and feel alive. Love yo'self!

When did you take your first Qoya class? At Sacred Studio in Brooklyn with Rochelle in 2010/11. Is that even possible?

What does it mean for you to teach Qoya? To teach Qoya means to answer a calling. It means to live the Qoya lifestyle. That means more ease, but not easy. It means that I can be grounded, connected to something greater than me and wild all at the same time. All parts of me are welcome and at home. It is so beautiful to hold space for other women to experience that. There are no rules and it just feels good.

What is your favorite song to dance to right now? Bandy Bandy by Zap Mama and Erykah Badu

What book has inspired you on the path to embodying the feminine? Big Magic

What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time? Just go for it. Have no expectations. Arrive with an open heart and mind.
