Honoring the Call to Create
As a woman, you are by nature a creator.
Your body knows how to do this:
to create, sustain, and nourish life.
All bringing something new into your life takes
is remembering who you are.
All creating a new business, baby, or book takes
is the same willingness and creative spark
that you already bring to living your life.
Your body already co-creates life with your spirit.
Now it's time for it to co-create with your dreams.
You already know how to do this.
Now it's time to remember.
This retreat is an invitation to expand your ability to create.
The goal is not only to dream, but to give those dreams embodiment.
To do this, you will draw on your feminine wisdom cycles, the creative DNA hard-wired in your body. The more you understand each phase of these cycles, the more you will be able to harness your creative power, lean into the gift of each phase, and trust your body more and more. In this retreat, we will explore these cycles as a map for creation.
After the retreat, you will get access to the online course, A Call to Create: Our Bodies are Made to Do This, which will give you continued support as it takes you through each step of the Feminine Map of Creation as expressed in the Qoya book.
The Feminine Map of Creation integrates all the wisdom you access in your own body through movements, rituals, community connections, pilgrimages, and other exercises.
It's a celebration of this journey and also the next step - to gather together and share all we’ve learned in sacred community and ceremony, then return home ready to create places for others to gather.

Lead: Chapter 9 - Create Places for Others to Gather
It's a week of birth and rebirth, each of us acting as both mother and midwife.
Just as a baby is made of the masculine and feminine combined,
the process of birth also marries feminine creative steps
with masculine action steps.
We will access our feminine creative power through:
-dancing with the masculine and feminine
-aligning our hearts and minds with our bodies
-honoring the past, celebrating the present, and looking to the future
-playing with the balance between action and surrender
-enjoying sweet, sacred union with our sisters
Wise is knowing your truth.
Wild is expressing your truth.
Free is having the space to create, to speak from your soul.
This summer, you can embody your creative essence and go deep into the practices that support it with Qoya at Kripalu.
It will be easy and full of fun, loving support while you’re immersed in the stunning natural beauty of Massachusetts in the summer. We are honored to offer this retreat at Kripalu, the largest and most established retreat center for yoga, health, and holistic living in North America, which has been offering education for wholeness - mind, body, and spirit - for over 30 years.
The creator within you doesn’t have to just live within.
The wild woman who expresses and stands for her truth is you, and she can be embodied on this retreat and beyond.
"Thank you, from the depths of my heart, soul, being body. You have found me and freed me and brought me home. I will never be the same. I don't often have the words to express my gratitude for life changing moments, and while I know the divine led me there, danced through us, wove her magic spell and cloth around us... you were at the wheel. And I am belly laughing, tear leaking eyes, heart to the earth with gratitude. Thank you for this cellular teaching of my body's wisdom, of ecstatic sisterhood, of divinity here on earth, of reverence. I will simply never be the same. Everything is changing, everything is open. Qoya is life, you were right, it is a lifestyle of reverence."
