When I took my first Qoya class, I was amazed at how a practice could embody all of my passions at once! I love the journey one goes through during a class, starting at one place and ending up somewhere completely different. It's a mirror of how we live our lives.

My journey through Qoya, led me to create a spiritual travel blog that I launched on 11/11/18, called The Spiritual Travel Agent

I help people like you - who have wanderlust, MOVE both physically and spiritually.

Whether you know where you're going - or only know you want to go, I'd love to help you navigate your outer and inner journey through my website, my articles, and my offerings.

With a background as a Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Certified Crystal Healer, and Colon Hydrotherapist - I recognize the importance of the outer journey reflecting the inner one.

I'm here to make travel a less stressful and more soulful experience.

When did you take your first Qoya class? I took my first Qoya class in early 2017 with Betsy Blankenbaker in Indianapolis.

What does it mean for you to teach Qoya? Qoya for me is showing up as fully and authentically as I can in each moment. Qoya has taught me how to trust the wisdom in my body more than ever before. It's empowered me to live a life of truth and help others along the way remember their calling.

What is your favorite song to dance to right now? I have two favorite songs I'm currently dancing with... Maradona by Niniola & Dance Up by TumaniYO

What book has inspired you on the path to embodying the feminine? The Qoya book by Rochelle Schieck! Seriously, this book transformed me in so many ways. I could feel myself in all of the words and experiences she shares. It's a remarkable book of inspiring thought and feeling.

What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time? I was terrified to walk into a room full of women when I first started taking Qoya. I wasn't connected to my feminine self and was intimidated, but I did it anyway! If you are hesistant, I invite you to open yourself up just a little bit more to the possibilities.  With Qoya, there is no way to do it wrong. You don't have to look a certain way, be any particular age or fitness level. You just be you and honor your body and what it needs in each moment.
