When did you take your first Qoya class? My first Qoya class was in 2011 in India! I signed up for one of Rochelle's retreats before ever taking a class. The trip was incredible, so many sights and sounds and tastes and experiences. But what I found most extraordinary is how incorporating Qoya into the journey helped move the whole experience through my body in a beautiful and profound way. I've been in love with Qoya ever since.

What does it mean for  you to teach Qoya? To teach Qoya is such an honor, and I love that it affords me an opportunity to share a practice that I find immensely powerful with a community of incredible women in my city.

What is your favorite song to dance to right now? Your Love Will Set You Free by Caribou or Doing it Right by Daft Punk

What book has inspired you on the path to embodying the feminine? The Chalice and the Blade really rocked my world. And I love Women Who Run With the Wolves. The book I am currently obsessed with is The Wise Wound.

What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking Qoya class for the first time? Sister! You are in for a treat! Qoya is an incredible way to access the wisdom of your body, and turn up the volume of your intuition.
