When we are not out on an adventure, most of our meals will be home cooked! Please look over the general menus below and let us know of any dietary restrictions or strong preferences we should be aware of as we finalize our menus.

One Indian Snack such as Poha (made of flattened rice), Upma (thick porridge from dry roasted semolina), Chila (gram flour batter pancake, on the savoury side) and Paranthas (stuffed Flatbread; stuffing options include Cauliflower, Potato and Radish). The Paranthas can be made with Quinoa flour (Gluten Free option) as well as regular wheat flour. Also available will be whole wheat toast.
Lunch and Dinner Offerings:
Salad bar (included all available vegetables, eggs, nuts as well as dressing options such as olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thousand island dressing etc. Please share your dressing of choice and we will do our best to include it)
1-2 Vegetables Cooked in Indian Style - This will be Vegan and Gluten Free.
1 Dal/ Indian Curry - also Vegan and Gluten Free
Roti (Indian flatbread)
Quinoa - Gluten Free option
