Dana has been a practicing licensed massage therapist for over 10 years.  She has a passion for healing intuitive bodywork and for dance.  Dana is a native to Jupiter, FL.  One of her joys is to dance on the beach at sunrise.  She describes her experience with Qoya as an opening up, a falling from her head into her heart, a feeling of deep surrender, and a remembering of her true essence as a passionate woman that is wise, wild, and free.  Dana loves Qoya and loves to share it with her community.  She is honored to see women open and expand, and have so much fun while moving more from their hearts and going for what feels good.  Dana encourages you to let go and experience the love and joy that is available to you in each moment.  She inspires you to trust your inner guidance and know you have the power and wisdom to facilitate your own healing.

When did you take your first Qoya class?   In March of 2013 I first began practicing and falling in love with Qoya while watching the videos online.  My first live experience was during Kitty Cavalier's Seduction Retreat in May of 2013.

What does it mean for me to teach Qoya? It is an absolute honor and gift to teach Qoya.  I get to see these women open and expand in beautiful ways.  At the end of class they look so happy, free, connected, and alive!

What is your favorite song to dance to right now? Burn by Ellie Goulding

What book has inspired you on the path to embodying the feminine? Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts by Regena Thomashauer.

What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class? I would tell them to come experience how good it can feel to move using your intuition to what feels right and good for you.  It is the most fun way to open up and get really in touch with your heart and soul.
