"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
—Marianne Williamson

Have you ever thought, "What if I'm wrong?" What if, at the end of your life, it turns out you weren't supposed to prioritize love? What if you weren't supposed to trust yourself, and you definitely were not supposed to be dancing?

It's a brilliant question to move through, because when you get to the heart of anything, you get to the heart of everything.

When you move through doubt back to the heart of yourself, you will always find that there is so much love to shine in this world. As Marianne Williamson says, we fear the our light far more than our darkness, but it is always there whether we doubt it or not. I created this free movement ritual so that you can move through doubt and let your lovelight shine on tonight's full moon.

Qoya teacher and astrologer Virginia Rosenberg shares:

The Full Moon in Aquarius July 31 2015 (6:43am EST) is a blue moon, being the second full moon to fall within the same month. Shine today. Be yourself. When we show up as ourselves in the world, in full color, our communities become diverse webs of prismatic creativity. Take time to play with the things that truly nourish you. Let us open our minds to new realities. Come home to authenticity: the realness of being alive, containing everything and nothing. Breathe and set your intentions for the beginning of this season of harvest. As always, continue to open and follow your heart, and free dance to celebrate all of the gifts available in this moment.

So be like the full moon tonight and howl. When we howl and shine, it makes it easier for us to find each other again.

With love,
Rochelle
