"In the end, everything will be okay. If it's not okay, it's not yet the end." ~Fernando Sabino

Whether you follow astrology or are just living a human life, the last month or so has been...a lot. A lot, a lot.

On April 18, the new moon in Aries lends us some cosmic courage to have true faith—in your own knowing, in the bigger picture, and especially in your own firebrand of enthusiasm. Let go of having to see it to believe it and any actions or beliefs that may be getting in your way. Be present to the subtle (and not-so-subtle) manifestations of your razor-sharp intuition. Breathe into your own power, and invite serious, soul-aligned action that supports your unique mission as an individual, divine spark.

Believe, like the first song in our free movement ritual by friend and visionary musician Kathleen Smith sings. Let the music and the movements here help you relax, rest, and replenish yourself. This is not a time of forcing things to happen, but trusting the path you have been paving is leading you in the right direction. This movement ritual is a great way to slow down and rest in your heart that holds space for hope.

I also want to thank every one of you! If you are reading this, somehow in some way you have been a part of Qoya - by visiting the website, coming to a class or on a retreat, becoming a teacher, or by contributing to the Kickstarter campaign. Today is our last day, and as of now, we are 126% funded! I am so inspired and honored to create this book and share it with the Qoya community and beyond. Putting myself out there to ask for help was a leap of faith, and I'm so grateful that my hopeful heart found more evidence to trust those intuitive dreams when they come. May it also be so for you, and may you follow your creative dreams as much as they follow you!

With love,
Rochelle
