What does it mean for you to teach Qoya? It means sharing, being a part of a community. Expanding and remembering my core self.
What is your favorite song to dance to right now? My favorite song can change from morning to night, from one day to another. Some of my all time favorites: Jump In The Line (Shake Senora) by Harry Belafonte, End of The Line by Traveling Willburys
What book has inspired you on the path to embodying the feminine? Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts
What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time? Come with no expectations and allow yourself to be surprised and have fun. If there is a class to dance like no one is watching it's Qoya!
