What does it mean for you to teach Qoya?

To teach Qoya is a Sacred gift. To offer a Sacred space and an experience for a Woman to connect with herself and her body in a way that she never has before, and in a way that feels good, that gives absolute permission to be in her body and to feel it all. To be able to offer tools and resources that allow a deeper connection to herself so that she can begin to remember who she is and use the principles within Qoya as a way to navigate her life from a place of Love, Compassion and Authenticity.

What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time?

You must go... because if you love it like we do and choose to make Qoya part of your life, your whole life just gets better and better, and all you have to do is show up and move however feels good to you.

What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time?

Absolutely do it. Do it for yourself, for the you that you have always been and the you that is just waiting to be unleashed on the world... Do it for the world, which sorely needs more empowered, free-spirited, and insightful women to bring about a shift in consciousness in how we interact with ourselves and with others. Whatever inspires you to take this leap into flight and freedom, follow that inspiration!
