St. Louis & Worldwide
Kari Woldum is a curator, teacher, writer, and lover of all things beautiful. After leaving her long-standing role as a design executive, she spent a year traveling the globe dancing Qoya and curating Qoya’s Lifestyle of Reverence. She supports women in the exploration of their light and shadow and in living their biggest brightest lives possible.
When did you take your first Qoya class? 2009 in NY, I was very resistant as I usually am with things that transform my life!
What does it mean for you to teach Qoya? I feel as though I get to hold space for another woman to step into her essence, her power, and here divinity. And in turn, my own essence, power, and divinity rise.
What is your favorite song to dance to right now? Anything from Lord Huron because I feel like I am dancing through the woods!
What book has inspired you on the path to embodying the feminine? Women Who Run With The Wolves & The Desire Map
What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time? Just experiment with this hour in which you can let go and be with yourself. Allow yourself to fill your own cup up and see the magic that happens.
