Jayne is currently traveling, and is open to invitations to teach.
Jayne Goldheart is a wise woman with a wild & free spirit. It is through Qoya that she has been able to truly embody courage and has learned to trust her heart over her head.
Jayne believes in love and kindness, her teaching comes from a place of honesty, compassion and a desire for every woman to feel the best that she can. Qoya is a way of life and it has truly transformed how Jayne sees the world.
Having spent almost a month with Rochelle in Costa Rica in 2015 Jayne was able to deeply immerse herself in the potency of Qoya, she was able to feel the spaces in between the 13 pillars.
When did you take your first Qoya class? I was so lucky to have taken my first class with Rochelle on retreat in Costa Rica. It was a real leap of faith to fly over 5000 miles for the retreat, but it changed my life. It changed the way I feel about my body & how I show up everyday. Forever grateful.
What does it mean for you to teach Qoya? Oh, it’s all about being together! In a world wheree we are so virtually connected, I absolutely love to bring women together in this way. I love that we get to dance with ourselves, share with others, and always leave glowing. I also love planning the classes, being DJ - it’s so much fun.
What is your favorite song to dance to right now? I Wanna Be Your Lover by Prince
What book has inspired you on the path to embodying the feminine? I am a student of the Four Agreements. This book has transformed my life so much. I’m softer, more open, more loving and accepting to myself and those around me.
What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time? GO and experience your body and your soul the way you're supposed to, wise wild & free.
