What does it mean for you to teach Qoya?
Every Qoya class is a chance to connect deeper to my spirit and life purpose. I love the gift of taking women with me on the pilgrimage to their soul.

What does it mean for you to teach Qoya?
I was terrified to walk into a room full of women when I first started taking Qoya. I wasn't connected to my feminine self and was intimidated, but I did it anyway! If you are hesistant, I invite you to open yourself up just a little bit more to the possibilities. With Qoya, there is no way to do it wrong. You don't have to look a certain way, be any particular age or fitness level. You just be you and honor your body and what it needs in each moment.

What does it mean for you to teach Qoya?
As Edgar Allan Poe puts it, "The best things in life make you sweaty.." I just love to dance with wild abandon and Qoya gives me that space. To share it with others, feels like sharing the deepest, sincerest, part of me. It's coming home.
