Hinetera is a fun-loving lightworker. Her work is deeply rooted in the divine feminine as a practitioner of The Arvigo techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy. She brings healing touch to the sacred womb space, finding happiness in lovingly tending to her business Hine Healing, surfing with her salty soul sisters, and creating space for magic and beauty to pour in through Qoya & Ritual.

When did you take your first Qoya class? Qoya bloomed into my life in 2016 at a magical place called "Gunnebah" that translates to “new life” and is a place where Aboriginal women came to give birth. The class was held by Samar Ocean Wolf Ciprian, and I remember the free dance song was "Send my Love" by Adele. It was the best!

What does it mean for you to teach Qoya? I feel so much resonance with this sacred work. I'm on my knees with gratitude to be able to share the infinite gifts Qoya has given me and continues to bestow.

What is your favorite song to dance to right now? Love some hip opening to "Got it Bad" by Leisure.

What book has inspired you on the path to embodying the feminine? The Sophia Code by Kaia Ra was radical, transformational, feminine gold! I love calling in the energy of the Ascended Masters and feeling their loving support.

What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time? Follow your heart.
