You can find my classes on Instagram, @QoyaIndy, Facebook: Indianapolis Qoya Community, and GirlinTransformation.com.

I'm currently teaching the 1st & 3rd Mondays at Still Waters Adult Day Center and the 2nd & 4th Tuesday at The Playful Soul.

I was born in Indianapolis and live a life of exploration and learning. Taking me on epic adventures around the world through multiple career paths, I returned to Indy where I became a certified virtual coach and took my first Qoya class. Merging my adventures, I created Girl In Transformation, a holistic coaching practice.

I am currently developing my business and writing my book, Girl In Transformation: Stories of Change.

When did you take your first Qoya class? January 2017 with Susan Cotter in Indianapolis.

What does it mean for you to teach Qoya? As Edgar Allan Poe puts it, "The best things in life make you sweaty." I just love to dance with wild abandon, and Qoya gives me that space. To share it with others feels like sharing the deepest, sincerest, part of me. It's coming home.

What is your fav song to dance to right now? Geesh, this is so hard! At this very moment, which will change by the time this is posted, it's between two songs, “Anything Could Happen” by Ellie Goulding and “I Want to Break Free” by Queen.

What book has inspired you on the path to embodying the feminine? There are many, but the one which struck me deep is Red Hot & Holy by Sera Beak.

What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time? There is no way to do it wrong, and there are no levels! It's fun, different, and a chance to feel amazing through movement.
