What would you tell someone who is thinking of taking a Qoya class for the first time? If you feel drawn to Qoya, follow your instinct. It is a sacred experience where all of your faces as a woman are embraced and honored. Your body instinctively knows how to move and she will feel like she is home through the Qoya movement.
