A Call to Create:
Our Bodies Were Born to Do This

Experience the Movement and
Wisdom Cycles of the Feminine Body
as a Map for Creation

You may be preparing yourself for...

Birthing a baby
Birthing a business
Birthing a new chapter in your life
Birthing a new civilization that serves all of humanity's children.

Whatever dream, plan, or desire you’re holding in your heart,
this 9-month experience invites you to embody the Qoya philosophy
by learning how to align movement with the wisdom cycles of your feminine body,
forming a map of creation to birth your ideas from the realm
of energetics, of spirit, to manifest into physical form.

In other words - for your dreams to have embodiment!

The one thing that differentiates life from death is embodiment. We are born when we take our first breath in our body and die when we take our last breath. While most things in our life change, our body is our one constant companion for this journey and is the way in which a human experience is possible.

Women are by nature, creators. Our bodies know how to do this.

Think of a pregnant woman. She doesn’t have a to-do list, "make an ear" or "check on the liver.” Her body has an innate intelligence to do this.

If your body is capable of creating life itself, then why isn’t it trustworthy as a resource of intuition, insight, and inspiration?

If your body can co-create a new life with another person, then why can’t it co-create your life with Great Spirit?

To be more like the creator, CREATE MORE!

This course integrates Qoya: A Compass for Navigating an Embodied Life that is Wise, Wild, and Free into your creative process, using movement, ritual, community, and pilgrimage to birth your unique offering to this cosmic puzzle of creation.

We’ve aligned the 9 chapters in the Qoya book with the 9 stages of pregnancy and cycles of feminine energy during menstruation to create a creative framework you can apply to any project you are trying to birth into the world, whether a baby, a business, or even just a new habit you’d like to embrace.

The result is a repeatable 9-step Feminine Map of Creation that will be your ally long past this course, as many times as you wish to use it after this deep integration.

FEMININE CYCLES ARE MOVEMENT.

In addition to using the movements, rituals, community exercises, and pilgrimages to support this Map of Creation, you will learn more about pregnancy, birth, menstration, and moon cycles from leading experts in the field.

Why?

Because the feminine wisdom cycles in the body are the creative DNA hard-wired in your body. The more you understand the gifts of each part of these cycles, the more you will be able to harness your creative power, lean into the gift of each time, and trust your body more and more.

Even if you don't menstruate or never plan on being pregnant, as a woman, your body is still a cyclical creature. We study these cycles as metaphor for movement, using them to illustrate development, surrender, and the balance of masculine and feminine energies that is unique to women.

These cycles are your birthright.

The Feminine Map of Creation is:

Begin

Go Within

Get to Work

Reinvent

Receive Support

Express

Commit

Let Go

Lead

To embody and integrate these steps into your creative process, you will pick a project for the course. This can be anything you want to create in your life from starting a business to writing a book to starting a movement practice. Don't worry about what your project will be - we have you covered with exercises to help you drop into your intuition to find one.

From there, you will move through 9 course modules that each include:

-4+ course videos to support each month's movement, ritual, community exercise, and pilgrimage

-Workbook with Creative Action Steps and worksheets mapped out for you to apply to your project

-1 Essay on the module's phase in the Feminine Map of Creation

-1 Qoya video movement ritual

-1 Monthly Movement Ritual worksheet and playlist with a short, daily movement ritual for each day of the month

-Reading assignment from Qoya: A Compass for Navigating an Embodied Life that is Wise, Wild, and Free (e-book included)

“Fabiola is a master at going with the flow, fully embodied in her feminine and able to source inspiration, healing and pleasure from whatever comes up in a session. Whenever I have worked with Fabiola, I have not only had a deep experience of her radiance, light and connection to eternal love, but my own.”

-ROCHELLE SCHIECK, Founder of Qoya

"As a busy CEO who spends quite a bit of time in my head figuring out marketing strategy, business plans, and financial reports, it's good to get grounded in my body through movement, ritual, and community. There are so many thought leaders and mentors teaching and preaching what CEOs and leaders SHOULD do to create success; through Qoya and Lindsay's teachings, guidance, and promptings I return back to my body and soul to know what is best for me and my business. She allows me to lead from the feminine."
